I really enjoyed Firestar's Quest. There were parts of it that I didn't really like, but on the whole, it was a huge improvement from TNP. You can tell that the authors are going to do better on TPO3 because of it. Plus, we're not in the dark anymore!

I didn't like it at all! it was really bad and sandstorm was pointless.

I loved it! I liked the epilogue, and I liked the conflict brought up between Sandstorm and Spottedleaf.

That book is my favorite. It's not the same kind of action that always happens, and cats aren't dying left and right. Sure, there's a battle. But that's different. It had rats. Though, what I didn't like was the original names.

Yeah, the names were . . . too original. Some were great, like Skywatcher. That was awesome. But seriously, Leafdapple? (Okay, I didn't like the dapple part.) Echosong? Weird stuff. Oh, and since this is a Firestar's Quest board, you don't have to have the spoiler tags.

I like "Cherry" and "Sparrow" as beginnings. I just don't really like the endings. It almost sounds choppy. Cherrytail doesn't really run smooth like Brightheart.
(( It reminded me of George Washington. x) ))
And I always thought it was really weird to have a name like "Rockkit." Sage and Mint are pretty roots, though.

Firestar's Quest takes place between the first series and the New Prophecy.

I like FQ because it was a lot more descriptive in some ways than the other books. =)
